1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SB-1 Growth Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Services
SB-1 Growth provides a Growth Team-as-a-Service platform including lead generation, task management, AI operations, VA services, call center operations, content creation, and related services as described on our website.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the free trial, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start a trial.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass or spam others, to violate any third-party rights, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
SB-1 Growth retains all intellectual property rights in the platform. Content you create or upload remains yours. By using the platform, you grant us a license to use your content to provide the services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SB-1 Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
